The surgical tool shown in 104.jpg is a straight root elevator, designed for the luxation of teeth and roots during oral surgery. The instrument features a large, white ergonomic handle that provides a secure grip and maximum mechanical advantage for the clinician. The slender stainless steel shaft terminates in a narrow, tapered concave tip—magnified in inset “G”—which is specifically engineered to penetrate narrow periodontal spaces to effectively loosen the tooth from the alveolar bone.
